Groomershop

One order cockpit for a high-volume store

Groomershop.pl sells pet-grooming supplies at real scale — tens of thousands of orders a month across their store and Allegro — but orders lived inside a Windows desktop ERP (Subiekt GT) and a patchwork of fragile sync scripts.

We're building their central order-management system on Open Mercato: one order cockpit with the full status workflow their operators actually use, fed by a bespoke, self-healing sync that mirrors the desktop ERP — a system with no clean API — into the OMS in near-real time, with live warehouse detail per order.

Tech wrap-up

  • Self-healing Subiekt GT → OMS sync — read-only MS SQL over a private WireGuard tunnel, idempotent and resumable, converging millions of historical orders
  • Near-real-time change feed: an ERP edit shows up in the OMS in ~30 seconds
  • Order cockpit: status-tree filters, bulk actions, live WMS parcel and picking detail
  • Playwright e2e suite driving the real sync nightly on CI; OpenTelemetry observability
  • Runs on Hetzner Kubernetes (k3s), provisioned with OpenTofu
