Product Designer (Full-time / Freelance)

Own product design end to end — from client kickoff to shipped UI — AI-native, close to the code.

10,000–25,000 PLN / mo · 65–155 PLN / hB2B / umowa zlecenie · full-time or part-timeOpen

We care most about visual craft. You should sweat typography, spacing, and restraint — your work looks premium and intentional, not template-y. We're a senior-led studio building products that need to feel high-end, closer to a premium coaching service than typical SaaS/ed-tech.

We're Full Stack House, a senior, fast-growing software house building since 2005. We're flat enough that your work will have real impact, but experienced enough to support your growth. You'd own product design end to end: in the room with clients, turning loose requirements into flows and interfaces, prototyping fast with AI tools, and working alongside the engineers who ship it. Fully remote with flexible hours — and full-time, part-time, or freelance is all fine. We care about the work, not the contract type; this is an ongoing collaboration, not one-off project work.

When you apply, include 2–3 screens you consider your strongest visual work and a sentence on why. We want to see your aesthetic ceiling, not just your process.

What you'll do

  • Own features end-to-end — join client kickoffs, turn loose requirements into user flows and UI, prototype in Figma, iterate on feedback, and hand off to devs.
  • Lead rapid prototyping — validate ideas fast using AI tools (Lovable, Claude Code, etc.) before committing to full implementation.
  • Review dev output — check that what's being built matches what was designed, catch deviations early.
  • Build and maintain design systems that our team actually uses day-to-day.
  • Bridge design and code — occasionally hop into codebases for quick prototyping, or connect Figma to dev tools via MCP integrations.

What we're looking for

  • Exceptional visual taste and UI craft — a portfolio that looks polished and considered, with strong typography, hierarchy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong product/UX fundamentals: user flows, interaction design, end-to-end thinking.
  • Proficiency in Figma + design-systems / component-based thinking.
  • Comfort with AI-native, rapid prototyping (incl. in-code with tools like Claude Code) to validate flows fast before full build.
  • Strong written + spoken English; comfortable talking directly with clients.

Nice to have

  • Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
  • Experience in SaaS, e-learning, or media products.
  • Based in or near Poznań.

About the studio

Senior, autonomous, AI-native

01

You own it, end to end

No PM tax, no handoff chain. You research, build, test, ship to production, and close the loop with the client. The whole thing is yours.

02

You direct the AI, for real

You set scope, architecture and the bar, then drive parallel agents through the build and the verification — judgment is yours, not the machine's. We invest in the tooling that makes one senior move like five.

03

High standards, no waste

Every feature ships with automated tests and demo data. Small PRs, merged confidently, gated in CI. Concrete, fast, good — or we fix it.

How we work

Remote-first, async, no crunch

Remote-first, Poznań optional

Most of us work remotely. We keep a hybrid office in Poznań for anyone who wants it — come in, or don't. Flexible hours and your own out-of-office calendar.

Async, but unblock first

A short daily, progress shared as you go — not dumped at 6pm. Before your own deep work, you clear the questions and reviews someone's waiting on. Nobody sits blocked.

Sane hours, no hero culture

No 24/7 on-call, no Friday-evening deploys. A fire gets a quick revert now; the real fix lands next day, in hours, with a second pair of eyes.

Overcommunicate with clients

A weekly status, a roadmap that's always current, and anything out of scope flagged the moment it comes up. Silence breeds doubt — updates build trust.

Tools are on us

Need an AI tool, a license, a better machine? If it's worth the cost, we buy or reimburse it. We expect you to automate the repetitive parts of your own job.

Quality, gated not bureaucratic

Conventional Commits, PR + review before merge, infra as code with OpenTofu. Small PRs, merged with confidence — the process exists to ship faster, not slower.
